Rates

Weekends Fri-Sat (2-night minimum stay on weekends) and Holidays
$160 per night

Weekdays Sun-Thurs

$120 per night

Best deal -- Full week rentals available for $800!

These rates are based on occupancy of up to 6 persons.
Additional persons are charged at $15 per person per night.
House is pet friendly at a charge of $12.50 per pet per night.
MN Sales Tax & Local Lodging Tax (9.5% total) will be added to the rates.

These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations.

Check in 3:00 p.m. or by arrangement. Check out 11:00 a.m.

Reservations & Deposits:

Reservation confirmed with payment of $200 deposit. If staying just one night, deposit is equal to the reservation total. Please email or call to check availability and arrange for payment.

Payment accepted with Cash or Check only. You can reserve with credit cards but payment of deposit must be sent by check.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so 14 days or more in advance & we will refund your deposit or apply it to a future date. Cancellations within 14 days of reservation will result in loss of deposit unless we are able to re-book the cottage.

You are responsible for your entire reservation - no reduction for early checkouts.

Pleasant Street Cottage is non smoking.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you respectfully refrain from excess noise after 10:00 p.m.

Amenities

Fully furnished kitchen including microwave, stove, range, refrigerator, dishes, pots/pans, dishwasher, kitchen towels/wash clothes, toaster, blender & coffee pot. Coffee filters & dishwasher soap provided!

Please note the home does not have a telephone to disturb your vacation. (We suspect you will be traveling with your cell phone anyway!)

Please remember to bring your personal bath towels - this is a change implemented in 2008.

Food, Bath Towels, Swimsuits for Jetted Tub, Laundry Soap, Charcoal & Lighter Fluid, Personal Toiletries, Firewood, Water shoes for the river, River Tubes, Kayaks, Bikes, Golf Clubs, Snow skies, Snowmobiles.
